Practical: BHST – Basic Handling Skills Test. Must be completed before you can complete the Theory Test.
The Basic Handling Skills Test is the first stage in the licensing process, it is designed to ensure you have the right level of basic riding skills , confidence and motorcycle management to safely operate a motorcycle on public roads. The Basic Handling Skills Test (BHST) course will also show your ability to multi-task when performing these basic maneuvers, whilst maintaining a good level of control of the motorcycle.
If you are new to motorcycle riding, your CnB Personal Trainer will coach you step by step where needed to give you encouragement and the confidence to manage this initial stage of your motorcycle license.
For the experienced rider you also will have the necessary guidance to ensure you pass this licensing stage with ease.
Once you have successfully passed the Basic Skills Test, you will be issued with the appropriate Certificate which will allow you to progress to the second part (theory test), to obtain your (6L) Motorcycle Learners License.
