The BHST test has many technical requirements. Due to time limitations within this session, you may not get to practice all the required techniques before attempting the Test.

This course is designed to suit those that are new to motorcycle riding or those who have not been riding for a number of years.
The BHST test has many technical requirements. Therefore, if it has been quite some time since your last ride, you may feel this course suits your needs. It will give you more time to adjust whilst you get confident with being back on board a bike.
Even though the time is still limited this course will allow extra time to practice and become familiar with all the elements included in the Test.
If more time is required, we can discuss this at the completion of the session.

You have the option of a Lady Instructor who will carefully guide you towards building Self Confidence and to understand how to coordinate motorcycle controls.

Perfect course for revising past riding skills. Developing confidence to regain, refresh and harness these before venturing out riding with your friends.
Perfect confidence builder. Your trainer will guide and shorten the time to get you back to riding the way you remembered. .
The CBT is designed as a compact course to provide all the details required to achieve your next motorcycle stage.
Your Trainer will go over all the requirements. Once the Theory component is complete you will venture out on board the bike(s) to cover the practical aspects.
Your Trainer will offer any comments on areas felt require more refinement prior to attempting the Actual Assessment.
Under the CBTA umbrella, you can complete your Restricted License without having to wait the standard 6 months stand down period after achieving your Learners License.
To qualify, you must be at least 161/2 year’s old and hold a current class 6L NZ Learners Driver License.
The CBTA Restricted Assessment is 1 hour in length. You are required to demonstrate a good standard of Road Craft and Motorcycle Control.
